Remember we ordered food for later because we know the TAP would be closed when we returned. We took our left overs and the extra food we ordered for later with us to the room and we eft the hotel for sight seeing AND they came and cleaned our room and set our food in the hallway when they left. finally the manager of the TAP opened the rope and let us walk in. The lady security called for a supervisor several times for help but no one ever answered her call. we waited at the security entrance for about 25 minutes just to get escorted to the TAP restaurant because we had our teen-ager with us. #2 the hotel is not friendly for teenagers. we quested to have the bathroom cleaned ONLY and it took a day to get to the cleaning. but it ran over on the floor making the floor a sticky and stinky mess. on the last day they came fixed the toilet. we called the service desk expressing it was urgent every time. the toilet would not flush the whole time.
